Order Status

To view your order status from your account:

  1. Sign in to our account.
  2. Click My Account > Order History.
  3. Use the drop down menu to view all orders placed within the past 365 days.
  4. The order status appears next to each order ID. Click the order ID to see the order details.

To view your order status from your order confirmation email:

  1. Open your most recent order confirmation email.
  2. Click the View Order Details link within your email.
  3. Sign in to your account.
  4. You will be brought to your account's Order History page.

Changing or canceling an order

Orders placed within 30 minutes can be cancelled. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team by clicking the Help link.

Orders placed over 30 minutes ago cannot be changed or cancelled; however, you may return any product to the KODAK Gallery for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an account credit or refund. In some cases, we may refund or credit your original shipping cost. Please follow the instructions below to complete a return.

To return a KODAK Gallery order:

  1. Print and complete our Return Form
  2. Affix the postage-paid Merchandise Return Label included with the Return Form to your returned package.
  3. Mail the completed Return Form, along with the damaged product (in its original packaging if possible), to the address on the return form within 30 days of receipt.

Upload Options

KODAK Gallery Upload Tools

Upload time depends on a) the number of image files you are uploading, b) your Internet connection speed, and c) your computer's processing speed.

System Requirements

  1. Windows or Mac OS X
  2. Internet Explorer 6.0 – 8.0, Firefox 2.0 - 3.0, or Safari 2.0 – 4.0
  3. Current Adobe Flash Player version

Using the browser-based uploading tool

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click My Photos.
  3. Click Upload Photos.
  4. Select whether you would like to upload to a New Album or an Existing Album.
  5. Click Browse. Locate and select the photos you would like to upload, and then click Open.
  6. Click Upload to begin uploading.

Redeeming credits and coupon codes

To redeem a promotional or coupon code while checking out:

  1. The coupon code redemption field is found within your Cart, below the shipping address fields.
  2. Enter your promotional or coupon code within the Enter promotional or coupon code field, and then click Apply.
  3. A message will display, indicating whether or not your code has been validated.
  4. If the code has been validated, you will see the deduction under My Credits on the Cart page.

Returning an order

The KODAK Gallery Return Policy

You may return any product to the KODAK Gallery for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an account credit. In some cases, we may refund or credit your original shipping cost. Please follow the instructions below to complete a return.

The KODAK Gallery ships to all 50 United States. Currently, we do not ship internationally, to APO or FPO addresses, nor to Guam, American Samoa or other U.S. Protectorates.
